Founded in 1988 by Mr. Kun Tsuo, a devoted Christian and pastor, Canaan Restaurant began as a mission to train enthusiastic young people in his congregation. Under his guidance, trainees develop skills in innovation and all aspects of the business, from culinary arts to customer service.
